Rowena J. Cruz is a writer, corporate trainer, and community organizer.
She received her BA in American Studies from UC Santa Cruz and her MFA in Creative Writing at Columbia University.
Rowena is currently working on her first book, IN SEARCH OF MANILA VILLAGE, a memoir about immigration, escape, and family curses.
She was born in the Philippines, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and lives in New York City.
